You can place an order on FashionIndia by following these simple steps:
- Browse our products and add items to your cart
- Click on the cart icon to review your items
- Click "Proceed to Checkout"
- Fill in your shipping and contact details
- Select your preferred delivery option
- Review your order and confirm
No registration is required! You can checkout as a guest.
Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method.
Other payment options such as credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets will be coming soon. We're working hard to bring you more convenient payment options!
You can easily track your order without creating an account:
- Visit the "Track Order" page in the footer
- Enter your Order ID and phone number
- Click "Track Order" to see the current status of your order
You'll receive your Order ID via email and SMS after placing your order.
We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Please note that the items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. For more details, please see our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose:
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Premium Delivery: 1 business day (select metro cities only)
