1. Shipping Coverage

FashionIndia ships to all locations across India. We are currently unable to ship internationally. We service all major cities, towns, and most rural areas within India.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options:

Premium Delivery Next business day (select metro cities only) ₹199

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and other factors such as weather conditions, local events, and logistical challenges.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding holidays and weekends). Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

4. Shipping to Remote Areas

For deliveries to remote or difficult-to-reach areas, an additional 2-3 business days may be required. Premium delivery is not available for these locations.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status by:

  • Visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number and phone number
  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

6. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to meet our delivery estimates, occasionally factors beyond our control may cause delays. These include:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Logistical challenges
  • High volume periods (e.g., sale events, festivals)

We will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.

7. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We require photos of the damaged items or packaging to process your claim.

For packages shown as delivered but not received, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and family members
  2. Look for delivery notifications with alternate delivery locations
  3. Contact our customer service if you still cannot locate your package
