Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Return Policy Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
Items that cannot be returned:
- Intimate wear and undergarments
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale items (marked as final sale)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are the wrong size or have manufacturing defects. To request an exchange:

- Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange
- We will guide you through the exchange process
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
5. Return Process
To return an item:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent you the wrong item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a return shipping label at our expense
- Once we receive the item and verify the issue, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping charges
